By accessing or using RentAll, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. RentAll reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
RentAll is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that connects item owners with renters in Saudi Arabia. We provide the platform for listing, discovering, and renting items. RentAll does not own, manage, or control any of the items listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before listing or renting items.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Items must be legal to own and rent in Saudi Arabia. Prohibited items include weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, and items that violate local laws or regulations. RentAll reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
When a rental is confirmed, a binding agreement is created between the owner and renter. Renters must return items in the same condition they received them, normal wear and tear excepted. Owners must provide items as described in their listings. Both parties must comply with the agreed pickup/delivery arrangements and rental duration.
All payments are processed through our secure payment system. RentAll charges a service fee on each transaction. Owners receive payouts after the rental period is completed and the item is returned. Refund policies apply as described in our cancellation policy. Security deposits may be required and are held until the item is returned in satisfactory condition.
RentAll is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of items rented through the platform. Owners are encouraged to set appropriate security deposits. Both parties are responsible for inspecting items at pickup and return. RentAll may offer optional insurance coverage for certain categories of items.
In case of disputes between owners and renters, RentAll provides a dispute resolution process. Both parties should first attempt to resolve issues directly. If unresolved, either party may open a dispute through the platform. RentAll's dispute resolution team will review evidence and make a fair decision. All decisions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
RentAll may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time, but outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before closure.
